Everyone wants to live in their own home.  At Home Base we believe a home is the cornerstone of health, well-being and independence no one should have to live on the streets.  We partner with government, health care, service providers, and developers to create supportive housing solutions that empower people to achieve housing stability. Our staff, work together to address the effects of homelessness, poverty, mental illness, abuse and addiction. Our mission is to empower and improve the quality of life for the homeless. Each individual should have a corner of the world to call their own, and to be healthy and safe – while becoming active and productive participants in the community.
